Aragón Black Olives

It is of the ‘Empeltre’ variety, harvested at the peak of ripeness of the fruit, when the olive is already black on the tree and has the highest percentage of oil. It is small in size and fine in texture. It is harvested from small farms in the Aragon area in a very traditional way and preserved only with water and salt.

Ingredients: Black olives, water, salt. Preservatives: E202, E211. Acidity regulators: E330, E270. Antioxidants: E300. May contain sulphites.

Unopened: Store at room temperature.
Once opened: Keep the product covered in brine, refrigerated between 3° – 5° C and use within 7 days.
