Salsus demi-glace is made entirely from natural ingredients. The broths are made from roasted bones and vegetables that are slowly cooked with water, vegetables and spices. These additive-free bone broths create a sauce that is deeply flavoursome and complex.

Ingredients: Reduced duck stock (water, meaty duck bones, onion, carrot, parsley, thyme, bay leaves, black pepper), salt.
Without glutenn, lactose or GMO.
Do not heat the carton in the microwave.
