This mandarin marmalade is crafted with 100% pure fruit—100g of fresh mandarins per 100g of jam—and made without added pectins. Carefully processed at low temperatures and in a vacuum, it preserves the natural flavor and vibrant color of sun-ripened Sicilian mandarins for an authentic, rich taste. Perfect for spreading, baking, or pairing with cheeses.

Marco Colzani’s journey as a craftsman began in his family’s bakery. Disappointed by the artificial flavors of industrial peach jam, he ventured into agriculture and oenology, only to return to his roots and merge his new knowledge with family traditions.

His focus then shifted to chocolate, where he refined the process by using only cocoa beans and cane sugar, removing all unnecessary additives. This philosophy extended to all types of fruit, sourcing only fully ripe varieties from trusted farmers for his jams, creams, and juices. In 2016, he fulfilled his long-held dream by opening an artisan workshop dedicated to preserving the essence of true flavor.
