Crafted with 130g of Sabrosa strawberries per 100g of jam, this delicious jam is made from strawberries grown and handpicked in Basilicata. Processed at low temperatures and in a vacuum, it preserves the fresh, natural sweetness and vibrant color of the strawberries. Perfect for spreading, desserts, or pairing with pastries.

Marco Colzani’s journey as a craftsman began in his family’s bakery. Disappointed by the artificial flavors of industrial peach jam, he ventured into agriculture and oenology, only to return to his roots and merge his new knowledge with family traditions.

His focus then shifted to chocolate, where he refined the process by using only cocoa beans and cane sugar, removing all unnecessary additives. This philosophy extended to all types of fruit, sourcing only fully ripe varieties from trusted farmers for his jams, creams, and juices. In 2016, he fulfilled his long-held dream by opening an artisan workshop dedicated to preserving the essence of true flavor.
