Acquerello Risotto Rice – Aged 1 Year
Acquerello is the first rice that is aged and has its own germ, which makes the nutritional properties of this white rice the same as those of brown rice.
Acquerello rice combines the delicate taste of white rice with the nutritional benefits of whole grain rice. The rice ages for at least one year in silos with a controlled temperature of 15°C. This process helps the starch remain inside each grain and is not released when cooked, therefore it is not necessary to roast the rice. Aquerello risotto is ready in about 15 minutes.

Txistorra usually contains a mixture of minced pork and beef, but ours contains only pork, but pork of sublime quality.
