Txakoli Rubentis

This rosé wine is crafted from an equal blend of Hondarrabi Zuri (50%) and Hondarrabi Beltza (50%) grapes and develops a light, balanced sparkle through natural fermentation.

Recommended for pairing with seafood and fish, it complements dishes such as oysters, sushi, tempura fish, rice, vegetables, pilaf, and white meats.

For optimal enjoyment, the wine should be consumed young and fresh, served at a temperature between 6°C and 10°C in a glass.
