Arbequina Olives

It is a natural olive of changing colour, harvested at its optimum point of ripeness when the olive begins to have pinkish tones and preserved only in water and salt. It is harvested from farms in Lérida and Tarragona ‘Tierras del Ebro’ in the community of Catalonia. It is the olive variety with the smallest size and the slightest bitterness and taste of natural olives.

Ingredients: Olives, water salt and thyme. Preservatives: E202, E211. Acidity regulators: E330, E270. Antioxidants: E300. May contain sulphites.

Unopened: Store at room temperature.
Once opened: Keep the product covered in brine, refrigerated between 3° – 5° C and use within 15 days.
