Pepper Sauce
Ready-to-use creamy pepper sauce made from reduced beef stock, cream, mustard and four peppers. No thickeners or artificial flavours. Heat and serve. A balanced, full-flavoured sauce for steak and grilled pork or beef.
Ingredients: Water, cream (MILK), reduced beef stock (water, meaty beef bones, onion, carrot, leek, tomato puree, garlic, thyme, juniper berries, pepper, rosemary, clove, bay leaf, salt), mustard (water, MUSTARD seeds, sugar, vinegar, salt, cayenne peper), modified maize- and potato starch (E1442,E1442), butter (MILK), brown sugar, tomato puree, pepper (rosè, green, black, white), salt, allspice, black currant concentrate. Do not heat the carton in the microwave.
Storage: Unopened: Store dry and cool at room temperature. Once opened: Refrigerate at +4°C, use within 4 days.
