The fruit contained undergoes no filtration or alteration and no preservatives are used. It is elegantly balanced without being overly sweet and has an intense orange flavor that makes the perfect topping on icecream, bread or pancake filling.

Marco Colzani’s journey as a craftsman began in his family’s bakery. Disappointed by the artificial flavors of industrial peach jam, he ventured into agriculture and oenology, only to return to his roots and merge his new knowledge with family traditions.
His focus then shifted to chocolate, where he refined the process by using only cocoa beans and cane sugar, removing all unnecessary additives. This philosophy extended to all types of fruit, sourcing only fully ripe varieties from trusted farmers for his jams, creams, and juices. In 2016, he fulfilled his long-held dream by opening an artisan workshop dedicated to preserving the essence of true flavor.
