Delivery
We deliver directly to your business address on a schedule agreed upon at the time of ordering. Our own driver handles deliveries, ensuring your order arrives fresh and on time. Please note that we do not ship products requiring refrigeration.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly and keep you updated on the expected availability.

Payment
Invoices are issued after delivery. Payment terms will be agreed upon individually with each wholesale customer. For questions about invoicing or payment, please contact us at daniel@origreen.dk.

Back Orders
Occasionally, high demand may mean that an item is temporarily unavailable. Should this happen, we will do our best to source the product as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout.

Returns & Claims
As all our products are food items, we are unable to accept general returns. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To process a claim, send us a photo of the product along with a brief description of the issue to daniel@origreen.dk. We will evaluate each case individually and find the best solution together with you.
